Mazi Dibia Warns of Selective Justice If Anglican Cleric Not Prosecuted 

A Facebook post credited to Mazi Dibia addressed to Anambra State Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo has publicly called for the prosecution and demolition in a case involving a religious ministry in Nteje.

In a post, shared under his handle _Maazi_Dibia_, the activist stated that if Rev. Fr. Chaluoku Evang Ifunanya Maduka and his ministry are not jailed and the parish structure is not demolished, the legal representatives of Akwa-Okuko and others would have grounds to challenge prior proceedings against their clients.

It further stated that this could provide a basis for the legal team to sue the Anambra State government for prejudice or seek damages for their clients.

“Chaluoku must go to jail as that is the only way it will be proven that this is not selective Justice system,” the post said.

“The Law is not a respecter of no man,” it added.

There was no immediate official response from the Anambra State government as of press time.
