Ejimakor Links FUTO-Area Attacks to Kanu’s Self-Defence Call, Urges Action Against Insecurity

_Secular Advocacy TV News Desk _

Barrister Aloy Ejimakor, special counsel to IPOB leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has decried FUTO area attacks echoing that the recent attacks near the Federal University of Technology Owerri [FUTO] underscore Kanu’s earlier call for self-defence.

In a post on his official X account that has now sparked online reactions, Ejimakor stated that the incidents “underscores why MAZI NNAMDI KANU had called for the self-defence which was unfairly used against him in Court.” He alleged that “alien terrorists” had infiltrated Igboland to kidnap, kill, and rape with impunity, describing it as “a grand humiliation to Ndigbo that must not be condoned.”

Ejimakor did not provide details on the specific incidents referenced but his post justifies the rationale behind Eastern Security Network, ESN formed by the jailed IPOB leader, Kanu.

There has been no official response from Imo State Police Command or other security agencies regarding the attacks at the time of this report.

Ejimakor’s post has circulated widely online, drawing reactions from both supporters and critics.
