Stop This Mind Game’: Paul Ezike Accuses VeryDarkMan of Spreading Fear Ahead of Protests

Paul Ezike has publicly challenged social media personality VeryDarkMan, accusing him of attempting to discourage participation in upcoming protests.
In a statement posted online, Ezike said: “VeryDarkMan, Stop This Mind Game. The DSS Didn’t Call People Like MamaPee, Randy Peter, Or Other Key Figures But Somehow They Called You? DSS Didn’t Call You, VDM. Your Video Was Aimed At Spreading Fear Among Protest Organizers And Discouraging Ratels From Joining The Protest.”
He added: “You Don’t Join Or Organize Protests On National Issues, You Don’t Support Protesters Against Bad Governance. Who exactly are you? If Not APC’s Social Media ‘Divide And Rule’ President.”
Ezike was reacting to a recent video by VeryDarkMan, whose real name is Martins Vincent Otse. The content of VeryDarkMan’s video and any alleged claims about contact from the Department of State Services were not detailed in Ezike’s statement.
“Ratels” refers to supporters of VeryDarkMan. MamaPee and Randy Peter are social media figures known for commentary on civic issues.
VeryDarkMan has not publicly responded to Ezike’s remarks as of press time.
